Natures Home and Garden's Guarantee.

Natures Home and Garden guarantees the the item/items you have ordered are as described and that you will receive them in undamaged condition.

If the item you receive is not the same as what you have ordered or items have been damaged in shipment, please save the item along with the original shipping container and contact us within 30 days for return instructions.  Items returned to Natures Home and Garden without contacting us first will be refused.

If you change your mind on an item or items, or you order the wrong size you must contact us for a "Return Authorization number", shipping the item back to ys will be your responsiblilty.  Item or items must be received back at Natures Home and Garden no later than 30 days  from the day of purchase.  Once the item or items are received in good condition in the required time frame, with a Return Authorization number on the package, the purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee will be credited to your card through Paypal.
