J  & H Produce of Plainview Nebraska has added a greenhouse, which will open on April 29, 2006.  They are hosting an open house April 29th and 30th from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  They will have bedding plants, baskets, planters, rhubarb, asparagus, and strawberries available this spring

J & H Produce has a unique help yourself produce stand all summer and fall from 8 a.m. to dusk.  You just help yourself and place the correct amount of money in the box.  They are located 5 miles West of Plainview Nebraska on highway 20, 1 1/2 miles south -- all oil road!  If you are in the area be sure to stop and check it out!

Produce available when in season:  Asparagus, Strawberries, Sweet Corn, Beans, Squash, Peppers, Zucchini, Cucumbers, Watermelon, Cantelope, Musk Melon, Eggplant, Dill, Onions, Eggs, Frozen baked goods, Jellies, Honey and More!!!
